Supergraf

Natural Crystalline graphite with high-performance as carbon additive for steel and cast iron

Produced in various grain size profiles with different grades of carbon concentration, Supergraf – unlike other fuel types – is manufactured from natural crystalline graphite, specially designed for the addition of carbon in steel and cast iron.

The carbon content of Supergraf is controlled and monitored in our production line, which ensures its application demands, besides very low impurity levels.

Supergraf does not absorb moisture, thus allowing storage for long periods, as long as it is placed on pallets and in locations protected from moisture, and its distribution is done via pallets with 25 kg bags or big bags.

Key Features

  • Rapid absorption;
  • High concentration of carbon;
  • It is not a by-product of any productive process;
  • It does not cause any harm to the environment or health risks;
  • Ultra low levels of sulphur, nitrogen and other impurities;
  • Distributed in convenient and safe packaging;
  • It offers no explosion risks;
  • Resistant to oxidation and chemicals.

Main Applications

  • Iron that is grey, nodular, white, malleable and vermicular;
  • Cored Wire;
  • Special steel;
  • Brake pads and linings;
